The quad can be driven from the age of 16 without a license.

Groupon coupons do not guarantee a specific date and time but are placed based on availability.

Thursday, Friday and Sunday only at 8:30 p.m.

Wednesday and Saturday 4:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.

Possibility of issuing a second and third choice for 6:30 p.m. or 9:45 p.m. from Wednesday to Sunday, don’t forget to note this.

For all tours you must arrive at the meeting point 1 hour before departure.

Confirmation conditions for your ride:

Friday, Saturday and Sunday tours are only confirmed on the same day, depending on available places, not before; so no need to contact us, confirmation will be sent to you automatically if we have availability. Once your confirmation has been sent you will no longer be able to cancel or exchange your reservation.

Reservations for Wednesday and Thursday are only confirmed 24 hours before the requested day depending on available places, no need to contact us, confirmation will be sent to you automatically if we have availability. Once your confirmation has been sent you will not be able to cancel or exchange your reservation.

When the coupon is validated and you have received your reservation confirmation, the ride cannot be canceled, refunded or exchanged.

In order to pass on all security information and to ensure on-time departure, it is mandatory to arrive 1 hour before each departure.

You will be able to: sign the insurance papers, have the safety instructions, and familiarize yourself with the quad.

We provide all the equipment necessary for your comfort and safety: helmet, gloves, hair cap, hydroalcoholic hand gel.

In the event of bad weather, there are 3 scenarios:

• If you are a non-resident in France, 100% reimbursement is automatic;
• If you are French but are not from the Ile de France region, 100% reimbursement is made upon presentation of proof of address and return transport (train, plane ticket, etc.);
• If you are French and live in the Ile de France region, you benefit from a credit valid for 1 month from the date of cancellation.

To be applicable, you must have taken out cancellation insurance.

For the “basic” rate, reservations are non-exchangeable, non-refundable (except in the event of cancellation on our part due to bad weather. Only an exchange will be possible, no refund possible.

For the “serenity” option, reservations can be exchanged and 100% refunded for a cancellation up to 5 hours before your tour. This reimbursement is made only by credit. Less of 5 hours before departure only 50% will be refunded.

Any promotional price or special price for special event cannot be refunded or exchanged at any time.

Quad City Tour, do not take a deposit before the tour but in the event of an accident:

• If the damage caused requires the intervention of our insurance, the deposit of €1,500 will be required immediately, which corresponds to the deductible.
• If the damage caused is less than 1500€ then you will be billed for the parts at the actual price and the labor of 350€ will be added.

An original identity document, passport (no photo or photocopy) will also be required.
