The quad can be driven from the age of 16 without a license.

On the day of your tour, make sure you have a valid form of identification (ID card or passport) with you. This is required and must be presented. (original only).

Our rides are supervised and limited in terms of quad to allow you to have the best possible experience. And for saftey

We can go up to 7 quads maximum in addition to the guide.

In order to pass on all security information and to ensure on-time departure, it is mandatory to arrive 1 hour before each departure.

You will be able to: sign the insurance papers, have the safety instructions, and familiarize yourself with the quad.

We provide all the equipment necessary for your comfort and safety: helmet, gloves, hair cap, hydroalcoholic hand gel.

In the event of bad weather, there are 3 scenarios:

• If you are a non-resident in France, 100% reimbursement is automatic;
• If you are French but are not from the Ile de France region, 100% reimbursement is made upon presentation of proof of address and return transport (train, plane ticket, etc.);
• If you are French and live in the Ile de France region, you benefit from a credit valid for 1 month from the date of cancellation.

To be applicable, you must have taken out cancellation insurance.

For the “basic” rate, reservations are non-exchangeable, non-refundable (except in the event of cancellation on our part due to bad weather. Only an exchange will be possible, no refund possible.

For the “serenity” option, reservations can be exchanged and 100% refunded for a cancellation up to 5 hours before your tour. This reimbursement is made only by credit. Less of 5 hours before departure only 50% will be refunded.

Any promotional price or special price for special event cannot be refunded or exchanged at any time.

To be applicable, you must have taken out cancellation insurance.

Quad City Tour, do not take a deposit before the tour but in the event of an accident:

• If the damage caused requires the intervention of our insurance, the deposit of €650 will be required immediately, which corresponds to the excess.
• If the damage caused is less than €650, then the parts will be billed to you at the actual price and the labor of €450 will be added.

An original identity document, passport (no photo or photocopy) will also be required.

You will fill out a credit card payment authorization form for a print which will be returned to you at the end of the ride if no accident has occurred.

To pay the deposit in the event of an accident, you have 2 options.

1 – Payment by check payable to Quad City Tour
2 – You must come with a physical bank card (materialized), neither in photo nor in photocopy, A pre-authorization of 650 € by bank card will be made (this is not a payment) or a check for 650 € payable to Quad City Tour will be requested before the ride.

Only if you have an accident, the sum of 650 € will be claimed which corresponds to the insurance deductible.
