• For Europeans, a B, AM, or BSR driving license is mandatory, either in physical form or as a photo.
• People from the United Kingdom and Ireland must present a driving license or a provisional license.
• People from other countries must have an international driving permit and their driving license from their country of origin.

We cannot guarantee your ride without these documents, even if you have made a reservation.

No refund will be given if you are refused entry.

You must ensure you have all the necessary documents for your ride; this is your responsibility.

Our rides are supervised and limited in terms of quad to allow you to have the best possible experience. And for saftey

We can go up to 7 quads maximum in addition to the guide.

To ensure we provide all the necessary safety information and that we depart on time, please arrive 15 minutes before each departure.

This will allow you to: sign the insurance paperwork, receive safety instructions, and familiarize yourself with the quad bike.

We provide all the equipment necessary for your comfort and safety: helmet, gloves, hair cap, hydroalcoholic hand gel.

In the event of bad weather, there are 3 scenarios:

• If you are a non-resident in France, 100% reimbursement is automatic;
• If you are French but are not from the Ile de France region, 100% reimbursement is made upon presentation of proof of address and return transport (train, plane ticket, etc.);
• If you are French and live in the Ile de France region, you benefit from a credit valid for 1 month from the date of cancellation.

To be applicable, you must have taken out cancellation insurance.

For the “basic” rate, reservations are non-exchangeable, non-refundable (except in the event of cancellation on our part due to bad weather. Only an exchange will be possible, no refund possible.

Any promotional price or special price for special event cannot be refunded or exchanged at any time.

Quad City Tour will place a pre-authorization on your credit card:

• In the event of a minor collision with your quad bike, €250 will be automatically deducted from your deposit.
• In the event of a major collision with your quad bike, your entire deposit will be forfeited.

To pay the deposit in case of an accident, you have two options:

• Payment by check made payable to Quad City Tour
  You must bring a physical credit card (not a photo or photocopy).
• A pre-authorization of €650 will be placed on your credit card (this is not a payment) or a check for €650 made payable to Quad City Tour will be required before the ride.
